  This kit dramatically improves the performance and reliability of your intercooler system. This is an essential upgrade for all racing and performance boats.

  Key features include:
  Upgraded direct replacement for the factory rubber hoses found in the charge piping system. Compatible with OEM and RIVA intercoolers.
  High-strength, multi-layered silicone hoses won't swell under pressure like OEM soft rubber hoses. Offers improved reliability and throttle response with significantly increased heat and burst resistance. Rated at 40 psi boost pressure.
  Features non-perforated aircraft-grade clamps designed to reduce the risk of boost leaks through increased connection strength and decreased hose slippage.
  Tial Blow Off Valve: Improves compressor reliability and performance by reducing unwanted pressure during under-throttle operation. Reduces compressor clutch and gear wear and eliminates heat build-up in the discharge tube. The body and all internal components are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum alloy. It features a large 1.98 in (50.5 mm) valve. The V-band design aluminum mounting clamp gives a very clean and unique appearance. The clamp uses stainless steel hardware for a durable, corrosion-free appearance. The valve seal uses a Viton O-ring that is clamped in place for maximum durability. Valve stem and guide are Teflon lubricated and hard anodized coated for wear resistance. The dump valve also comes complete with our own machined aluminum air fitting and banjo type bolt, with an oversized 10mm hose spline for quick actuator response.
