Tial Blow Off Valve: Improves compressor reliability and performance by reducing unwanted pressure during under-throttle operation. Reduces compressor clutch and gear wear and eliminates heat build-up in the discharge tube. The body and all internal components are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum alloy. It features a large 1.98 in (50.5 mm) valve. The V-band design aluminum mounting clamp gives a very clean and unique appearance. The clamp uses stainless steel hardware for a durable, corrosion-free appearance. The valve seal uses a Viton O-ring that is clamped in place for maximum durability. Valve stem and guide are Teflon lubricated and hard anodized coated for wear resistance. The dump valve also comes complete with our own machined aluminum air fitting and banjo type bolt, with an oversized 10mm hose spline for quick actuator response.
